2. การกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจน่าจะอนุญาตให้นำเข้ารถที่สภาพยังไม่สมบูรณ์ รถที่เสียแล้ว ให้นำมาซ่อม, วางเครื่องใหม่, ทำสีหรือตกแต่งใหม่ ในประเทศไทย โดยใช้อู่ไทย ช่างไทย อะไหล่ในไทย(ถ้ามีหรือถ้าผลิตขึ้นเองในไทยได้) เป็นต้น (แต่อาจจะไม่ถึงขั้นอนุญาตให้ทำรถจดประกอบ ที่นำชิ้นส่วนทั้งหมดแยกกัน นำเข้าชิ้นส่วนต่างๆเอามาประกอบใหม่หมดทั้งคันในไทย)

3. การจำกัดให้ขับได้เฉพาะวันหยุดและวันที่มีงานจัดแสดง อันนี้ผมไม่เห็นด้วยเลย คันที่มีสภาพดีมากๆ หรือวางเครื่องใหม่แล้ว หรือแปลงเป็นอีวีแล้ว ควรอนุญาตให้ขับได้ทุกวันเยี่ยงรถทั่วไปเลยเพราะนั่นย่อมต้องเป็นการตัดสินใจของเจ้าของรถเอง เขาเป็นเจ้าของรถเขาควรมีสิทธิ์ในเรื่องนี้

4. รถกระบะโบราณ รถบรรทุกสี่ล้อส่วนบุคคล ควรอนุญาตให้นำเข้าได้ด้วย นอกเหนือจากรถยนต์นั่งส่วนบุคคลโบราณ เพียงแต่คงไม่ให้ใช้วิ่งเชิงพาณิชย์หนักๆจริงๆจังๆเหมือนดั่งรถบรรทุกเล็ก รถตู้ทึบ ของบริษัทต่างๆ (คงไม่ทำกันอยู่แล้ว) สามารถใช้งานแบบส่วนตัวทั่วๆไปได้
